Join Equitable as a Senior Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives within our Business Development team.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact projects, from concept to execution, across marketing, sales, finance, and operations.

• Lead Strategic Initiatives:
  Own and execute high-impact projects from ideation to delivery.
• Project Execution:
  Develop timelines, deliverables, and success metrics to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Partner with marketing, sales, finance, operations, product, and legal to align efforts.
• Program Design & Overview:
  Build project and program roadmaps, resource plans, and risk assessments.
• Leadership & Influence:
  Drive progress, remove roadblocks, manage stakeholders without direct authority.
• Executive Communication:
  Prepare and present concise updates to senior leadership.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Analyze past performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in business development or corporate strategy.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-departmental projects with successful outcomes.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

• PMP or similar certification.
• Experience in high-growth or transformation environments.
• Background in consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or strategic planning.

• Agile Project Management:
  Expertise in agile strategies and tactics.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  
  Ability to promote continuous improvement across functions.
• Effective Communications:
  Proficiency in transmitting and interpreting ideas.
• Managing Multiple Priorities:
  Self-management and prioritization.
• Project Management:
  Planning, organization, monitoring, and control of projects.

Base salary range: $100,000 - $125,000. Equitable offers base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation.
