ETS is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our client's team.

Primary Responsibilities for the Construction Project Manager role:

• Drive the planning, management, and successful completion of construction projects using high-performance project management tools
• Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify and manage project risks, technical, financial, and legal requirements to mitigate potential issues
• Provide mentorship and direction to Assistant Project Managers and project support staff

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related field; or 5-10 years of experience in electrical construction industry
• Ability to travel 20-30% regionally and be responsive to local and regional project needs
• Proven ability to interpret and manage technical, financial, and legal project requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new technology; PMP certification preferred
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills; self-directed with a proactive work style
