Position: Territory Supervisor

Schedule: Second Shift

Wage: Starting at $22.00 per hour. We offer pay for performance and a comprehensive benefits package based on status.

• Supervision:
  Provide guidance and supervision to team leaders and cleaners to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of customer buildings
• Mission Keeper:
  Uphold the company mission and enforce policies while delivering exceptional customer service
• Operational Excellence:
  Follow standards for training, cost control, quality, safety, and on-time service
• Hands-On Leadership:
  Ensure successful completion of projects on customer properties
• Customer Focus:
  Prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain positive employee relations
• Team Building:
  Collaborate with the area manager to build a team capable of growth and improved employee relations
• Training:
  Schedule new hire training with designated management-approved personnel
• Performance Evaluation:
  Conduct annual evaluations and set measurable improvement goals
• Employee Management:
  Document attendance, call-outs, write-ups, and disciplinary actions
• Budget Management:
  Maintain budgeted hours for accounts
• Safety:
  Keep safety materials and SDS sheets up-to-date
• Inventory Management:
  Maintain cleaning supplies at each building
• Equipment Maintenance:
  Troubleshoot and maintain cleaning equipment
• Hands-On Help:
  Perform cleaning duties as needed
• Quality Control:
  Identify concerns via regular inspections and supervise resolution of deficiencies
• Customer Service:
  Maintain high levels of customer service and document issues in CRM
• Project Oversight:
  Set up and oversee project work in customer buildings as needed
• Reporting:
  Provide nightly reports of building activity in the required format
• Flexibility:
  Perform other duties as requested
• Time Management:
  Check and report all employee hours daily by 10 am

• Current/Valid Driver's License
• Personal vehicle to reach sites
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory/management experience
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to undergo a drug test and background check
