General Manager – On Trac

Location: 101 Danzig St, Syracuse, NY 13206

Pay: $99,225 – $148,575 annually

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (hours may change)

As the General Manager at OnTrac, you will report to the Regional General Manager and provide strategic leadership for all warehouse operations. You will direct overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the units and team members within the facility, oversee branch operations, and manage any satellite projects.

• GED/Diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred
• Minimum 5 years management experience, including 2 in a similar industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6 years’ industry or related field experience; or equivalent combination
• Last‑mile delivery or small parcel experience highly desired
• Experience with an independent contractor model; strong negotiation skills
• Ability to inspire a shared vision, empower and engage a team
• Strong organization and time‑management skills; proficient in MS Office Suite

• Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization’s services
• Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives
• Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and report to Regional Operations and General Managers
• Maintain engineered staffing levels for all positions, including coaching, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management, and staff productivity for hourly and salaried positions
• Ensure adherence to all contract aspects and work with vendors and independent contractors for accountability to the operating agreement
