Jobot is hiring a Plant Manager for a fast-growing dairy processing facility in the Greater Syracuse area. The role reports to leadership and oversees all manufacturing operations with a salary of $160,000 - $185,000 per year and an annual bonus opportunity.
You will direct production, quality, maintenance, safety, warehousing, and shipping while driving Lean initiatives to improve safety, productivity, and cost performance across a 24/7 operation.
