- Supervisor to lead a 20–30 person production team, manage daily operations, and ensure quality and timeliness.
The shift runs 4:30 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday, reporting to the Plant Manager. Key duties include enforcing safety and ISO standards, coaching and developing associates, driving continuous improvement, maintaining timekeeping, and ensuring efficient workflows.
