Anoplate is seeking a Plater Trainee to support plating operations on the 1st shift, 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday–Friday in Syracuse, NY. Trainees help unload, inspect, and prep parts while learning metal finishing alongside experts, advancing through finishes as they learn the chemistry and electrical aspects of plating.
You will follow safety procedures, complete training modules, record time, and perform tasks from blueprints to travelers with growth opportunities in a team environment.
