The Salvation Army in Syracuse is seeking an Outreach Worker for a part-time role. You will engage high-risk youth in neighborhoods, parks, and family homes, provide street outreach, crisis intervention, and link youth to resources and ongoing case management.
Responsibilities include maintaining records, supporting Drop-In Center and outreach van, coordinating with community partners, and promoting safety and cultural competence while building trust and guiding youth toward brighter futures.
