Neonatology - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Syracuse, NY

St. Josephs Health is seeking a licensed and certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in Neonatology to join our dedicated team in Syracuse, NY. This opportunity offers a consistent 36-hour workweek in a level III NICU - 14 bed unit, providing a balanced schedule with a mix of day and night rotations. Its an ideal opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider looking to make a meaningful impact in neonatal care while enjoying excellent benefits and professional growth.

• Provide direct care including history and physical exams, daily rounds, ordering medications and labs, discharge planning, and patient/family education.
• Schedule includes a mix of day and night rotations.
• Perform the following procedures:
• Intubations
• Chest Tubes
• Umbilical line placements
• Vent Management

• Current NYS license
• Neonatology experience
• Graduate of accredited NP or PA program
• Board certification or active pursuit within one year

• Base Salary:$140,000-$160,000
• $5,000 Starting Bonus
• $5,000 Retention Bonus
