Position Overview :

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join an Acute Care / Academic Medical Center in Syracuse, NY. This role focuses on Primary Care in an ambulatory setting, providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.



Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality nursing care in an ambulatory primary care setting
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients on health management and treatment plans
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and efficient documentation

• Education:
  
  Valid Registered Nurse (RN) degree
• Licensure/
  
  Certifications:
• Active New York State RN license required
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience (within the past 2 years) in an acute care facility of similar size and level as the hospital
• Primary Care experience is essential
• Travel nurses must have experience in hospitals of equal or larger size or trauma centers
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Experience with EPIC EMR (preferred)

• Strong communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
