Nurse Manager - Long Term Care Unit and Brain Injury
Join IDS Health, Inc as a full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for the Long‑Term Care and Brain Injury Unit.
Oversee nursing care delivery, coordinate with charge nurses, assistant managers, and other departments, and provide leadership to ensure high quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily nursing operations in the Long‑Term Care and Brain Injury Unit.
- Coordinate shift schedules and staffing with charge nurses and assistant managers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies.
- Current NY State RN license.
- 3–5 years of healthcare experience.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
