Registered Nurse (RN) - New Grads Welcome

Full-Time (40 hours / week) OR

Part-Time (min. 20 hours / week)

Day Shift

Flexible Schedule

$27.00 - $36.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Registerd Nurses (RN's) are assigned to a provider's team to work with patients, from start to finish, and implement our preventive care measures. You are actively involved in the health and wellbeing of our patients.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities
  • Medication administration
  • Telephone triage
  • Working with Provider to assist with patient visit
  • Electronic Medical Record documentation
  • Placing and refilling prescriptions at Providers request
Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications
  • Graduate of a Registered Nurse (RN) program
  • Current Valid New York State Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Prior experience in busy medical office preferred, but not required
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment

We are a Family Oriented Medical practice with Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and Diabetic Educators. CNY Family Care takes a team approach to meeting the medical needs of our patients through compassion, respect, and professional care. We are available for our patients when they need us.

We partner with our patients to provide a proactive approach to medical care, which improves their quality of life.

One of our main goals at CNY Family Care, LLP is to provide all of our patients with continuous and comprehensive health care. As part of this care model, we ask all of our patients to select one personal physician. This PCP / Primary Care Physician will maintain an ongoing relationship with the patient and will then always be in charge of their care.

They will oversee the care team that consists of nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and Diabetic Educators who might interact with the patients when they visit the office. Our care team will work towards ensuring that the patients receive the appropriate age-related preventative testing and treatment as well as the latest evidence-based treatment (proven and documented) for their individual medical condition(s).

We continue to grow and expand our services in order to meet the demands of our patient population.
