Enjoy a flexible daily schedule and you can earn up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus! You will be responsible for cardiology consults for adults in skilled nursing facilities Monday through Friday. No after-hours or weekend call associated with this position.

We ask that candidates have a current New York nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) license and DEA. Preferred candidates have two (2) years of cardiology or post-acute care experience. Additional cardiology training will be provided.
