• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication management, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Advocate for patient needs, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Candidate requirements

• Current RN license in New York
• 1-2 years of recent nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
