Work Fit Medical Staffing is seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) for contract opportunities for our Medical-Surgical units in Rochester, NY. • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a medical-surgical nursing role is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
