Registered Nurse RN Endoscopy | Ithaca, NY

Join a fast-paced Endoscopy team providing specialized care for both outpatient and inpatient procedures. This 13-week travel opportunity offers a consistent 4x10-hour schedule and the chance to support patients throughout the entire procedural experience, from preadmission assessment through post-procedure recovery.

  Pre-procedure assessment, testing, procedural care, and post-procedure assessment
• Responsibilities:
  Support diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in a fast-paced environment
• Potential Role:
  May function as a designated charge nurse

• Active NY RN License
• Minimum 1 year of Endoscopy/procedural experience
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required before completion of the introductory period
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to provide safe, comprehensive patient care Strong patient assessment and procedural support skills
• Ability to educate patients and families regarding care and physician instructions
• Comfortable with frequent walking and standing
• Ability to push, carry, and occasionally lift equipment and supplies as required
