RN) Registered Nurse Evening Supervisor

At Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse Evening Supervisor (RN) to join our dynamic team! This full-time, non-exempt position is responsible for supervising ancillary nursing personnel, clinical operations, and addressing the needs of residents during the evening shift.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff during the evening shift, ensuring high-quality resident care and maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, encouraging professional growth and development.
• Ensure that clinical operations are running smoothly and efficiently, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to meet the needs of residents, promoting a comprehensive approach to care.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to CMS guidelines and DOH reporting and investigation standards.

• Registered Nurse (RN) active license.
• CPR certification.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation, long-term care, or related healthcare setting (recommended).
• Knowledge of theory, practice, and principles of clinical care (recommended).
• Knowledge of CMS guidelines and DOH reporting and investigation standards (recommended).

• Competitive hourly rate: $42 - $48 per hour.
