We are seeking a veterinarian eager to help us grow our Urgent Care team located in the heart of Syracuse, NY.

The incoming Veterinarian will have the freedom to create their own schedule, will only see non-life-threatening cases, and our urgent care shifts start at just 6 hours in length! Plus, our veterinarians receive industry-leading benefits that ensure work/life balance and premium pay a salary of $170,000 plus production!

This job combines the excitement of urgent care, but not the long overnight hours! It is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for a veterinarian like you.

(Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 – compensation may be negotiable)

Responsibilities:

• Examine animals to assess their health and diagnose problems
• Treat and dress wounds
• Perform surgery on animals
• Test for and vaccinate against diseases
• Operate medical equipment, such as x-ray machines
• Advise animal owners about general care, medical conditions, and treatments
• Prescribe medication
• Work closely in collaboration with team members to provide high quality care
