• Mix a variety of cocktails, beers, and beverages with speed, skill, and accuracy.

• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drinks, spirits, and pairings.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including restocking and inventory checks.
• Ensure all health and safety standards are met.
• Help out wherever needed - from answering phones to assisting servers.

• Be tuned in to what's happening around the facility to anticipate guest needs.
• Step into special events, private parties, or corporate gatherings as needed.
• Be ready to take on any tasks assigned by management to support the team.

• Communicate clearly with fellow staff and leadership.
• Maintain a positive, can‑do attitude in a fast‑paced setting.
• Support your teammates to ensure smooth service throughout every shift.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2+ years of bartending experience in a high‑volume bar or restaurant.
• TIPS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Solid cash handling experience.
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours - nights, weekends, and holidays required.
• Event bartending experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and remain cool under pressure.

Salary: $10.35 per hour
