JOB SUMMARY AND REGULAR DUTIES:

Buying a vast array of products, from gold and diamonds to tools and laptops.

Making profitable deals.

Maintaining product knowledge.

Building relationships with customers and developing leads that can blossom into a future of regular patronage and advocacy.

Answering phones, emails, and text messages.

Using the store software.

Typing and using the internet for research.

Learning how to use tools of the trade and recent technologies.

Add customers to our Rewards Program and maintain their profiles.

Opening and/or closing the store.

Count money accurately.

General cleaning.

Qualifications

Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively

Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service

Willingness to work well in a team environment

Ability to quickly and accurately work a register

Willingness to work a flexible schedule
