A Sales Associate is responsible for executing the Mission Statement daily, including providing First Class Service to internal and external customers. The role involves tasks on the sales floor or in support areas, ensuring a positive shopping experience in a friendly, well-maintained environment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented retail setting

Ability to greet, sell, and thank customers effectively

Customer-first attitude at all times

Deliver personalized customer service through needs analysis and product recommendations

Promote promotional products and services

Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary

Maintain good working relationships with colleagues

Ensure store appearance with visual merchandising, housekeeping, and maintenance standards

Accurately handle customer transactions on POS systems

Manage receiving, cycle counts, returns, and transfers with handheld devices

Complete required paperwork and process controls accurately

Follow company policies and maintain a safe work environment

Comply with Cash Handling and Loss Prevention SOPs

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred: at least one year of retail or customer service experience

Ability to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Excellent communication skills in English

Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks

Adaptability to changing priorities and situations

Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics

Ability to pass background checks and FAA requirements

Physical ability for heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), long standing, climbing, bending, and working nights or weekends
