Perfection Servo, a Sun Source company, specializes in worldwide service, repair and remanufacturing of electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos and mechanical components for diverse industries.

We are seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager to cover a sales territory in Syracuse and surrounding areas.

• Work with leadership to create a sales plan and develop a prospect list to capture new business.
• Full-cycle sales activities including qualification of leads, cold calls, sales presentations, writing quotations, and closure of sales.
• Utilize tools, resources and CRM to plan and manage time and territory.
• Collaborate with knowledgeable customer service and technical support teams to meet and exceed sales goals.

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Engineering OR 2‑year technical degree preferred.
• 1+ year industrial sales experience of repair services, with preference given to experience within electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, and/or mechanical components.
• Ability to establish and maintain business relationships.
• Must have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to drive for customer visits, stand and walk throughout the day in industrial settings, and lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
