Step into a Rewarding In-Home Sales Role. We're looking for driven, tech-savvy professionals to join our team as Solar Sales Consultants in the Western NY area. In this dynamic position, you'll guide homeowners through personalized consultations, transforming their interest in solar energy into lasting commitments. With comprehensive training provided, you'll have the tools to excel from day one—no prior solar expertise required.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-home appointments to assess homeowner needs and present tailored solar proposals.

Close sales by building genuine connections and addressing concerns with confidence. - Collaborate with our installation partners to ensure seamless project transitions.
- Track progress using advanced CRM tools to optimize your pipeline and results.
Fuel your success with a 100% commission structure that rewards high performers. On-target earnings range from $150,000 to $300,000 annually, with uncapped opportunities to surpass goals through dedicated effort and strategic selling.
Qualifications We Value- At least 2 years of field sales experience or 1 year in in-home sales (preferred).
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients effectively.
- Proficiency with computers and sales technology platforms.
- Proven ability to build rapport swiftly and foster trust.
- Self-motivated mindset with a positive, resilient attitude toward achievement.
- Reliable personal transportation and adaptability to varying weather conditions.
