Role Overview

Brand Ambassadors are the face and voice of our brand, increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various media channels. They work closely with sales and marketing to achieve marketing goals, communicate product value, track feedback, and represent the brand at launches and events.

While the primary focus is on being the face of the brand, successful candidates may also cross‑train in other positions within the department based on organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and execute company initiatives.
  • Educate customers, retailers, and distributors through in‑store demonstrations and company events/parties.
  • Build rapport with customers and vendors and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Monitor customer and account feedback, escalating product preferences in real time to the marketing department.
  • Track metrics and sales campaigns.
  • Represent the company at open houses, grand openings, events, and trade shows.
  • Commute to the office weekly to deliver feedback, participate in trainings, and collect marketing material.
  • Update and maintain territory store merchandising when needed.
  • Conduct budtender trainings, teaching staff about our brand and products.
  • Maintain personal marketing material inventory.
  • Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.
  • Collaborate within a dynamic environment and pursue cross‑training opportunities as organizational needs evolve.
Technical Skills & Abilities

  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
  • Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment.
Requirements
  • Must be over 21 years of age.
  • Available for on‑site and remote operations.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Friendly, outgoing.
  • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time.
  • Ability to drive.
  • Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities—not hours; must work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Willingness and ability to undergo cross‑training in various roles within the department.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer.
  • Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time.
  • Ability to work in multi‑temperature environments, hot or cool.
  • Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods.
  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 40 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the company's facilities.
