C. Michael Exteriors is hiring Outside Sales Development Representatives to support our continued growth across Central New York.

This is a field-based role focused on engaging homeowners in professional conversations and scheduling free in-home consultations for our design team.

There is no selling, no closing, and no quoting involved.

• Canvas assigned residential neighborhoods (territories provided)
• Speak with homeowners about home improvement needs
• Introduce our window, siding, and bath services
• Schedule free in-home consultations for qualified homeowners
• Accurately log activity using our mobile app
• Represent the CME brand professionally at all times
• Participate in training, coaching, and team check-ins

• $21.00/hour guaranteed base pay
• Performance bonuses based on qualified appointments
• Paid training starting Monday, January 12

Previous customer service, hospitality, or field marketing experience is a plus — but not required.
