Senior Living Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead occupancy growth and drive revenue. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven ability to generate qualified leads, build relationships, and consistently close sales.

$63,000–$70,000 annually, plus a competitive bonus structure

• Generate qualified leads through community outreach, public relations, advertising coordination, direct mail, and other marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including new inquiries and follow-up communications.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide guidance and support to prospective residents and families.
• Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours.
• Consistently follow up on leads and document all interactions.
• Close sales to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of sales experience in the senior living industry.
• Demonstrated success in generating and closing qualified leads.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
