Essential

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Leader for a team of LSP’s (Licensed Sales Producers) and provides sales strategies, feedback and marketing plans to the team.
Sets and monitors sales objectives and helps team meet those sales objectives and is a team contributor to meeting sales targets.
Effectively build a strong support team.
Work the extensive lead source.
Coordinate Team’s daily activities, track the results and send these to Vice President
Hold weekly meetings.
Assist the LSP’s in quoting and closing business that takes more advanced knowledge to quote and sell
Back the LSP up on their days off and or with another customer.

Keeps up-to-date with industry developments.
Answers customer queries.
Mediates disputes with customers.

Required Experience and

Education:

Must be Property and Casualty licensed in NY.
Prior supervisory experience
High School Diploma or General Educational Diploma (GED)

Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.
Must have the ability to act and perform exemplary work independently.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work productively in a fast paced, stressful environment.

Computer software:

Microsoft Office to include Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands to finger, grasp, handle or feel, push, pull, reach, crouch, bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive motions of the hands and/or wrists.

Physical Exertion:

Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Light exertion can involve sitting, walking and/or standing most of the time.

Environmental Conditions:

Work is performed in an office setting.
Occasional weekend and evening hours may be required.
