Position Summary

Join our team as an Armed Security Officer in a dynamic role that ensures the safety and security of a high-profile site. As part of our dedicated team, you will oversee various security-related duties that safeguard client property, visitors, and personnel. Those in this position will have the responsibility of responding to emergencies and unusual situations, utilizing appropriate measures as outlined in established protocols.

• Control access to the facility, ensuring safety while assisting legitimate visitors.
• React to unique situations, employing the appropriate level of armed response when necessary.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for all clients, providing courteous interactions.
• Monitor and manage entrances, exits, and the movement of individuals and vehicles.
• Conduct foot or vehicle patrols of the area, identifying potential hazards or security breaches.
• Preserve and protect evidence at incident scenes and assist in investigations when required.
• Document activities and create detailed logs or reports as necessary.
• Address emergency situations effectively and follow established protocols.
• Perform additional duties as required to ensure site security.

• U.S. Citizenship preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• At least two years of experience in Armed Security or Law Enforcement, or two years of honorable service in the U.S. Armed Forces.

• Ability to handle pressure in urgent situations, maintaining composure while addressing incidents.
• Potential exposure to sensitive information and stressful environments.
• Physical requirements include frequent walking, standing, and occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
• Work in various environmental conditions, including outdoor weather.
