, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a utilities location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will help maintain a professional, secure environment while supporting security-related procedures. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in the job state.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and delivery personnel at a front desk location within a utilities facility.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests according to site-specific policies.
• Answer phones, receive and route inquiries, and communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and emergency responders.
• Monitor security-related systems, alarms, and cameras as assigned, reporting unusual activity or equipment concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established procedures and emergency response protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
