Syracuse, NY Area (Project-Site Based)
Status:
Full-Time, Project-Based (Contingent on Award)

This is an entry-level position perfect for hardworking individuals looking to start a career in construction. You will support the skilled installers and keep the project moving efficiently.

• Assist installers with digging post holes, mixing concrete, and staging materials.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and distribute them along the work site.
• Clean and prepare sites, and handle general site cleanup.
• Learn and adhere to all job-site safety practices.

• No prior experience required; we will train the right candidate.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors in various conditions.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
