We continually strive to supply our customers with superior service and quality installations. With our new office in Syracuse, we are currently looking to expand our team of customer focused installers.

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems as well as related accessories deemed necessary by company, safety, and manufacturer s specifications
• Ensure complete protection of customer s property during installation or service of product
• Remove old equipment from the customer s home and clean up all areas utilized
• Foster good customer relations by explaining the work performed, providing technical support and making sure they are happy with the job that has been done
• Perform other duties as required to enhance departmental productivity

• Valid driver’s license required
• High school diploma or equivalent required (relevant degree preferred)
• 2-4 years industry experience or equivalent HVAC schooling
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and how to install them
• Solid experience with hand and power tools, as well as an overall mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagram and system literature
• Capable of lifting or carrying up to 75 lbs
• Must be able to work well independently and in a team
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, in speech and writing, with customers, staff, managers, supervisors, contractors and clients
