Window World of Buffalo is hiring one full‑time W‑2 Lead Installer who will set the standard for our installation department. As our primary installer, you’ll deliver top‑quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer service while safely removing old windows and doors and installing new Window World products to exact company standards. You’ll pick up pre‑staged materials from our warehouse, transport them to each job, complete the installation, return debris to the shop, and secure the customer’s completion certificate.

In the immediate term, you’ll also work directly with ownership to identify and help hire 1–2 additional crew members, playing a key role in building our installation team from the ground up.

• Lead install team (including hiring 1–2 additional install team members to work underneath you).
• Arrive at the Window World location in a punctual manner to pick up pre‑sold product and transport it to the customer’s home.
• Remove and collect old windows and/or doors to be disposed of at the Window World location.
• Troubleshoot unforeseen issues in the field to avoid rescheduling or extended installation time.
• Complete installation projects in a professional and timely manner, including all finishing trims, insulations, and/or caulk.
• Collect the final payment, survey, and completion certificate from the customer.
• Deliver top‑notch customer service.

• Must have the knowledge and ability necessary for removing and installing windows and doors.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must have persistence and strong problem‑solving and time management skills.
• Take pride in craftsmanship and finished work product.
