Location: Syracuse, NY
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities- Measure, cut, remove, mount, repair, and install glass, windows, insulated glass units, and commercial storefront systems
- Interpret blueprints and project specifications to determine glass type, shape, and thickness
- Safely install glass and related systems with a strong focus on quality, durability, and safety
- Load and unload glass panels, tools, and materials at job sites
- Work collaboratively with team members and clients to meet project schedules and goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Prior experience in glazing, construction, carpentry, or a related trade preferred (training provided)
- Valid Driver’s License
- OSHA 10‑Hour Certification (assistance available upon hire)
- Dependable, self‑motivated, and safety‑conscious
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs
- Ability to stand and work on feet for 5+ hours per day
- High School Diploma or equivalent
