Sheet Metal Duct Installer
Tradesmen International is looking to expand our team of qualified Trade Professionals for current & future projects in and around Syracuse, NY
. Most positions are first shift with a pay range of $24-34+/hour based on experience & skill level.
- Select types of sheet metal according to building or design plans
- Measure and mark dimensions and reference lines on metal sheets
- Drill holes in metal for screws, bolts, and rivets
- Install duct work
- Bend sheet metal
- Install & cut metal sheets with supportive frameworks
- Fabricate or alter parts at construction sites
- Maneuver and anchor large sheet metal parts
- Fasten seams or joints by welding, bolting, riveting, or soldering
- Fabrication on-site or in shop
- Set hangers
- Trim, fit, hang and seal ductwork
- Commercial & industrial sheet work
- Basic tools for the trade
- Proper PPE must be worn
