You will be responsible for maintaining the building and grounds, performing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, and delivering high-quality service to residents and staff.
You will report directly to the Director of Maintenance and play a key role in ensuring safety, cleanliness, and reliable operations across the campus.
