Reports to:
Community Services Manager
Full Time & Part Time Available: 20-40 hours/week
Non-Exempt: $18.00/hour
LAUNCH is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities in our Community Habilitation program. DSPs provide one-on-one or small group, community-based services focused on building independent living skills.

Responsibilities:
Support skill development (cooking, cleaning, socialization, community access)
Implement individualized goals and services
Create a supportive, goal-focused learning environment
Qualifications
:
- High school diploma required
- Experience preferred but not required—paid training provided
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
