We are hiring Python and Kubernetes Specialist Engineers focused on Data, Workflows, AI/ML and Analytics Solutions to build open‑source solutions for public cloud and private infrastructure.

• Collaborate on end‑to‑end data‑analytics and MLOps solutions composed of popular open‑source tools such as Kubeflow, MLflow, DVC, Feast, Airflow, Temporal, Apache Superset, dbt, Trino and Click House.
• Design, build, and maintain solutions deployed on public and private clouds, local workstations, or as web services.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Linux stack, from kernel to application layer.
• Apply distributed‑systems concepts such as observability, identity and tracing.
• Debug issues, engage upstream and Ubuntu communities, and collaborate proactively with engineers, designers, and product managers across distributed teams.
• Generate and discuss innovative ideas and collaborate on effective solutions.

• Professional or academic experience delivering software in Python.
• Exceptional academic record, from high school through university.
• Undergraduate degree in a technical subject, or a compelling narrative demonstrating a suitable alternative path.
• Strong communication skills; confident speaking up, exchanging feedback, and sharing ideas.
• Track record of exceeding expectations and achieving outstanding results.
• Passion for technology evidenced by personal projects and initiatives.
• Professional experience with Linux (Debian or Ubuntu preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility and accountability.
• Proficiency in English with excellent presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel twice a year for company events up to two weeks long.

• Proven experience building highly automated ML solutions or data pipelines.
• Hands‑on work with machine‑learning libraries or tooling.
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, LXD, Kubernetes).
• Experience with public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) or general cloud‑computing knowledge.
• Commitment to software quality and testing.
• Open‑source project contributions.
