Youth Soccer Coach

Overview

Soccer Coach - Work in the community and impact children's lives. This role involves leading children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety, with on-the-job training, a flexible schedule, and incentive programs.

Base pay range: $3,000.00/yr - $20,000.00/yr. New Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week and earn from $18 per hour up to $22 per hour.

• Lead children in fun, educational activities and ensure safety for all participants
• Provide individual attention to help every child succeed
• Use a non-competitive approach to keep classes stress-free and enjoyable
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to perform better and celebrate successes
• Participate in regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

The majority of classes are held during after-school hours and on weekends. Availability on some of the listed days and times is preferred. Example:
Saturdays 8am - 10am.
