Trans Force is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Syracuse, NY.

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL A Driver Details

• Schedule:
  
  Monday - Saturday - 5 day workweeks, Sunday and one other weekday off. Start time 4AM - 6 AM; 8-10 hour days.

• Pay: $27.25 per hour

• Route Type: local

• Freight / Load Type: milk & dairy products

• Handling: heavy touch - unloading deliveries with hand cart or electric pallet jack

CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:

• License: CDL A

• Experience:
  
  1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely operate automatic trucks on local routes

• Transport milk and dairy products in accordance with DOT and company safety standards

• Perform required handling tasks including unloading with a hand truck or electric pallet jack

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including unloading with a hand truck/electric pallet jack
