We’re looking for a Distribution Center / Warehouse Associate to join our growing Syracuse, NY Branch. If you enjoy hands‑on work, staying organized, working as part of a team, and helping customers get exactly what they need - this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do- Pull customer orders, branch transfers, and delivery stock
- Receive incoming product and verify accuracy
- Maintain and manage inventory levels
- Perform general warehousing functions (stocking, organizing, staging orders)
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Complete required paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
You’ll succeed in this role if you’re reliable, safety-minded, and ready to work as part of a team that gets things done.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items throughout the day
- Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs. frequently and 20+ lbs. constantly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid NYS driver’s license (must be maintained throughout employment)
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, simple navigation)
- Willingness to follow procedures and safety requirements
