Warehouse Technician I – Overview
Monday-Friday 1st Shift; schedule flexibility required (7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm).

This position is responsible for performing and controlling manual or automated tasks for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery.
Responsibilities- Loads and unloads materials using proper methods and procedures.
- Fills in for the Warehouse Supervisor as needed.
- Uses Microsoft Office and basic computer skills for warehouse functions.
- Completes NAV entries for receiving and inventory reconciliations.
- Completes general template readings and distributions as requested.
- Schedules shipments via UPS/Fed Ex online.
- Drives box‑tuck to pick up material from off‑site warehouse.
- Receives, selects and prepares materials for relocation to end users.
- Ensures accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation; handles receiving and routing incoming material; packs and receives into finished goods; logs inventory transactions; oversees cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Receives returned material and inspects for condition; returns or restocks accordingly.
- Maintains inventory records, verifies billing and inventory reports; checks incoming materials against orders; stocks materials in appropriate space.
- Maintains warehouse locations according to operational procedures.
- Follows established procedures for order processing, quality control, sorting, consolidating freight, packing, loading, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Participates in cross‑training across multiple warehouse / production areas and projects as requested.
- Performs housekeeping and inventory control tasks; maintains a clean work environment; complies with all environmental and safety procedures.
- Communicates delays or variances in inbound/outbound freight to appropriate parties.
- Promotes a safe and harmonious work environment.
- Maintains compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and all company policies.
- Other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma.
- 1+ year warehousing experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably high volume.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and spreadsheets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks within deadlines.
- Basic safety awareness and problem‑solving skills.
