Construction Foreman (Natural Gas Experience Required)

We are seeking a skilled Construction Foreman with experience in natural gas to join our team. The foreman will manage crew operations, ensure safety, and coordinate underground utility work.

$20.00/hr - $30.00/hr

The position requires organization, timeliness, accuracy, and a strong focus on safety and detail.

• Perform physical labor as required.
• Manage a crew of up to 6 employees.
• Survey job sites for drainage wells (Blue stakes), sprinklers, and other obstacles before digging.
• Read and understand construction prints.
• Work collaboratively to complete tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Natural gas experience required.
• Experience with gas mains and replacements.
• Experience operating a mini excavator.
• Excellent decision‑making ability.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• DOT medical card required prior to driving a company vehicle.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive can‑do attitude and openness to new ways.
• Alignment with GRIT values – Guts, Reliability, Innovation, Teamwork.

• Class A CDL.
• Knowledge of construction (helpful, not required).
• Hardworking, honest, dependable.
