Position: Pediatric Home Nurse RN LPN

Pay Range

Base pay: $45,000.00/yr - $68,000.00/yr (based on skills and experience).

Additional compensation:
LPN: $23-$27/hr
, RN: $30-$38/hr on a night shift schedule in Davis County (part‑time).

Responsibilities

Provide care to pediatric patients, focusing 100% on one child at a time.
Manage daily patient care while adhering to clinical guidelines set by the provider.
Log clinical notes daily within the EMR system (Kantime).

Requirements

Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License issued by the State of Utah.
Active BLS certification.
1+ year of healthcare experience preferred (tracheostomy/ventilator) but not required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to patient locations.
