Create connections with prospective members, help them become members, and engage with them during the follow-up process to ensure their success.

• Actively pursue enrollment of new members through self-generated and company-sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals.
• Support potential members in fulfilling their fitness goals with a lively sales approach and magnetic personality.
• Engage members, maintain equipment safety, and perform building and equipment maintenance.
• Handle membership sales (club and individual), billing, and customer service, including problem resolution.
• Communicate product knowledge, programs, and events to members.

• Information hub (product knowledge, programs, events, etc.)

• Must successfully pass background check.
• Takes ownership of results.
• Adapts well and quickly to various situations.
• Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality.
• Team player and willing to jump into any task and get it done.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills.
• Extremely organized.
• Capable of working independently, multi-tasking in a fast-paced demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail while producing accurate high-quality work.
• Comfortable with computers/technology, phone etiquette, and good at math.
• This position is 20 hours a week and must be able to work every Thursday and at least one weekend day.

Hourly; potential annual earnings $27,000—$54,000 USD.
