Logistics Officer

Location: Northern & Western Regions, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Officer - Camp & Project Support to support day-to-day logistics operations with a strong focus on project coordination and camp management
. The role ensures smooth coordination between projects and camps by managing access passes, IDs, vehicle gate passes, and ERP records while maintaining high service levels.

• Coordinate daily logistics activities to support ongoing projects and camp operations.
• Manage and process security passes, IDs, vehicle gate passes, and vehicle stickers.
• Coordinate with project teams and divisions to receive employee and vehicle lists required for gate pass applications.
• Monitor expiry dates for all IDs and passes and ensure timely renewals to avoid operational delays.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in the ERP system.
• Support camp logistics requirements in coordination with projects (access, movements, documentation).
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain smooth logistics flow for projects.
• Prepare and submit daily logistics reports to the supervisor.

• Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration or related field preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or Facility Management
• Experience in project-based environments and/or camp management is a strong advantage
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Experience with ERP systems and office technologies
• Knowledge of logistics processes, record keeping, and documentation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Understanding of business practices and operational workflows
