Parsons is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to lead site commercial activities in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. You will perform on site measurements, validate contractor payments, and manage variations for major wastewater projects.
You will apply CESMM4, POMI, and FIDIC frameworks while coordinating with engineers and contractors to ensure cost accuracy and contractual compliance across earthworks, pumping stations, and treatment facilities.
