Parsons is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for wastewater project packages in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. You will perform on site measurements, prepare quantity take offs, validate contractor quantities, and certify payments.
The role requires strong cost control, documentation, and coordination with engineers on active infrastructure sites. Ideal candidates have at least 7 years of direct construction experience, familiarity with CESMM4/POMI or similar standards, and English communication skills.
