The Safety Manager will lead and manage all HSE activities across construction and marine projects, ensuring compliance with company policies, Saudi regulations, international safety standards, and project requirements. The role requires strong experience in marine construction, risk management, incident prevention, and HSE leadership.
Responsibilities- Conducting environmental & safety audits
- Developing safety programs
- Training employees on safety procedures
- Enforcing environmental & safety regulations
- Monitoring compliance with environmental & safety standards
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
- Hold a recognized OSH Level 6 qualification (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH Level 6 Diploma, or equivalent).
- Minimum 15 years of HSE/Safety experience in construction, with significant marine construction/project experience
