Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The Customer Service Specialist will handle daily tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, providing support, resolving complaints, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication with customers via phone and other channels, and ensuring an excellent overall customer experience.
Qualifications- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Customer Service techniques
- Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Experience
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in Arabic and English
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
- Bachelor degree or equivalent; additional certifications in Customer Service are advantageous
