Urgent Hiring | Design Manager – Façade | Red Sea Island
Lead and manage the facade design process ensuring alignment with project goals, budget and timelines. Oversee the creation and review of facade designs, technical drawings and specifications ensuring accuracy and constructability. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers to facilitate seamless integration of facade systems. Provide technical expertise and guidance on facade materials, systems and detailing, including performance and sustainability aspects.
Requirements- 10+ years experience in façade design.
- Local hiring only – Saudi Arabia.
- Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
